Mike performed his first Austin-based valuation in 1992 and he continues his daily work, in memory of his beloved friend and mentor of many years, John P. Anderson, CPA. Mike has now valued over 4000 businesses, ranging in size from corporate chains to independent sole-proprietor establishments. The Benaglio Group, having conducted hundreds of mediations and arbitrations, has connections to elite professionals in most every category of need. We have valued companies in Austin, Houston, Amarillo, San Antonio, El Paso, Lubbock, DFW and most of Texas. Mike has provided litigation support, opinion of value and testimony in appellate court decisions, arbitrations and IRS challenges.
